We forever love this place. Our go to Mexican place. They are well served. Great servers. Delicious food. Recommend 10/10

Food is great. The servers are nice but the place is slow between you sitting down and somebody taking your order. Would go there again without a doubt.

Been going there every week. Order 4 large cheese dips and get two medium size bags of chips. The owner said we didn’t get a full bag for each cheese dip..once i said something they gave me a bag halfway full (small) and said that’s all they’ll do, we spent 30$ on dip. And they were all barely half full. SO disappointed. Will be finding a New Mexican restaurant now. we now have 7 people with two bags of chips. Guess we should drink the cheese dip???? Not the one to post a bad review- but since management didn’t want to fix it- here you go.

Amazing service love coming go atleast twice a week and every time I go the service is spectacular.

The tortilla chips are gross. The nachos have hardly any cheese. The waiter was rather inattentive, which I would have understood if the place had been busy. Disappeared with our credit card for at least ten minutes. Would not recommend.

No good at all... Order was 1/2 wrong, the soft taco was cold and hard. Pork had no flavor to it, the stake was tuff and tasted old. First and last time for us. Should of went to Taco Bell.

Pancho’s Mexican Grill-below is your work! 🤢🤮We had a party of 7 on a dead Monday night. 4 of the 7 orders were wrong and or not edible. After calmly explaining everything to the sweet female manager on duty, she had to call the OWNER on the phone to comp the 4 wrong orders! He then told her no! I was so embarrassed for her! She was so nice and apologetic. Our party was there for almost 2 hours and 2 people left hungry. Needless to say we will not be going back there. Senor Tequila is worth the short drive to winder.

Service was super fast. Friday night, at 7 pm, took us 45 minutes to be in and out. Not sure why they weren't packed, because the food was really good! Will be back again, for sure.

We just left there, They messed up our orders and The food was somewhat warm like when u heat it in the microwave. I could tell it wasn't freshly cooked. Clean restraunt to eat at and horrible service but over all disappointed 😞 Glad to say that this was our first and last time we will ever eat at this restraunt.

Garbage food for people who dont know what good food is. I'm sure the drinks are cold when you can actually get a refill. I felt like a burden anytime I asked for something and they charged me 1.99 for jalapenos. Will not go back.

This is my family's favorite Mexican restaurant. The owners and staff know you when you're a regular. Plus great margaritas.

This restaurant is under new ownership and has been changed a good bit. The salsa is excellent and we had Pineapple Fijitas with shrimp which were excellent. We ended the meal by trying their chocolate cake. Everything exceeded our expectations and as a Veteran I would like to personally thank them for supporting Veterans with a Veterans discount.

The past few times we've went it's been pretty bad. It used to be better. It took over 10 minutes just to get asked if we wanted drinks. Typically that gets asked as we get seated. We didn't get a drink refill unless we flagged someone down to ask and I received the wrong meal. I think the manager adjusted the price so it wasn't too expensive. He was nice, but our server barely looked at us or spoke to us or showed up at all. There is a "now hiring" sign so I'm assuming they are struggling. I'll change my review if we give them another try and they do better. My family ate without me while I had to wait for the correct food. None of us were pleased with our meal. We used to love this place so I am hoping they get things together down the road.

Nice music and friendly staff. I ordered the Cancun special. The calamari was a bit salty but no deal killer. The fish, shrimp and rice was good including the drinks. Here’s the plot twist. The bright ass LED light saber lights above my head could replace the actual sun. While I sat waiting for my food I read through some of the reviews and they were 50/50 mix of good and bad. I came to the conclusion the good reviews must of been during the daytime when the high beam lights were turned off. In conclusion, make sure you visit during the daytime. If you happen to visit during night time make sure you wear some shades. I probably won’t visit again

This is a great local Mexican restaurant with a wide variety of “Texmex” style and a few authentic choices. Food is always fresh and tasty. I recommend the Poncho Dip as an appetizer.

Great, fast friendly service and me and my friends had 5 german shepherd's and they welcomed us all on the patio of course. Also great food. No complaints

Very happy with the food overall. Tacos were a little dry, but the flavor was there and a little salsa helped. Beans and rice looked bland, but were not. Chips and salsa were very good. Freshly made, was for sure. The place was a little small, but still very comfortable and nicely decorated and great music.

Worst service I think I've ever had. I don't think I've left a negative review, even once, until now. The waitress was so I credibly rude. A manger (not sure it was an owner too) apologized. Which ingrayely appreciated. I had my 7 yo daughter with me and sadly had to use the situation as an example about people not being kind and having a bad day but that we should still be kind. I continued to say "thank you" to everything she brought and she would slam things down and not speak back at all. It took almost 10 min to get drinks and over 20 to take our orders. There were only 2 other tables there. No one will ever convince me that the chicken in my tacos wasn't canned chicken. 🤢 We unanimously decided we would never be back. If you work with the public be sure to be at least a little bit friendly.

Food was delicious as always but service left a bit to be desired!

Sadly this isn't the same restaurant. The menu is better and the food or allot better. It's expensive now and the house Maragrita has hardly any alcohol in it. Very disappointing!!! SR Panchos Maragritas were much better!!! At least you got a buzz of their drinks. Sadly they changed the paintings on the walls. The skeleton paintings were so much better then the ones they recently painted. I saw allot of the old wait staff still the which was nice!! It was okay but probably not my first choice anymore.

Revised review:This visit was not good. The cheese dip came out room temperature. Food had hair in it. Most of the food was not warm. Manager not on site. Slow service. The cook who came out said he was the manager when He actually wasn’t. A manager did come out and listen to our complaints. Pancho's is a great place to eat. The wait staff was very friendly and very helpful. Chips and salsa were great. Food was great. Hard to go wrong here.

Great price for some really good authentic Mexican food. If you are in a hurry, they will accommodate.

Delicious food

The price was very reasonable. The service was outstanding. It was extremely polite and prompt. The food was very good. and there was plenty. We had left overs for lunch. I would definitely recommend this place.

If this restaurant is Las Margaritas Mexican be sure to check your bank account afterwards. I went for carry out, so I did not leave a tip. I checked my bank account two days later and saw a $3 tip was added on. This restaurant thieves on its patrons!
